About Voices for Justice, Inc.
At Voices for Justice, Inc., we envision a world in which every person lives with dignity, freedom, justice, equality, and peace. We are a Delaware-based nonprofit organization committed to advancing civil and human rights for all—through education, legal advocacy, community support, and policy change.
Our core values guide everything we do:
- Equality – Ensuring that every individual has the same rights and opportunities.
- Justice – Demanding fairness and impartiality in the laws and systems that govern us.
- Dignity – Honoring the inherent worth and value of every human being.
- Solidarity – Standing with individuals and communities in their fight for justice.
- Inclusivity – Creating welcoming, accessible, and supportive spaces for all.
- Accountability – Holding individuals, institutions, and ourselves responsible for our actions and their impact.
We focus our work on critical areas of social justice, including:
- Racial Justice – Confronting systemic racism and dismantling discriminatory practices.
- Immigrant Rights – Defending the dignity and rights of immigrants and refugees.
- Criminal Justice Reform – Challenging unfair practices and advocating for a system rooted in equity and compassion.
What We Do
- Legal Referrals: We work with a trusted network of top criminal defense and civil rights attorneys, as well as retired law enforcement officers and private investigators, to provide you with expert support and advocacy.
- Formal Complaint Filing: We know corruption and retaliation are real. That’s why we offer to file formal complaints on your behalf, and we will protect your anonymity if requested.
- Bilingual Support: Our Bilingual Liaison ensures that our Spanish-speaking and Hispanic communities are fully supported and informed.
- Public Education: We host virtual workshops covering your constitutional rights, civil rights, Section 1983 lawsuits, and more—because knowledge is power.
- Policy Advocacy: We collaborate with lawmakers to support and push forward legislation that protects and expands civil and human rights.
- Community Organizing: We empower local residents to stand up and speak out through grassroots organizing and education.
- Research & Documentation: We collect and document human rights violations to inform our advocacy and promote systemic change.
Speak Out with Us
We also host a podcast where we talk openly about civil rights, injustices, and Section 1983. We amplify the voices of individuals impacted by corruption, abuse of power, or systemic oppression.
If you have a story to share, we invite you to reach out—we’re ready to help you speak your truth and be heard.
